The organization will Allocate your account for the use of this service.
3. Personal information: refers to all kinds of information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded by Electron or other means, excluding anonymized information.
4. Sensitive personal information: refers to the personal information that, once disclosed or illegally used, is likely to cause the personal dignity of a natural person to be infringed upon or the personal and property safety to be endangered. Including Credential Number, personal Biorecognition information, bank account, property information, whereabouts, children's personal information, etc. (We will prominently identify specific sensitive personal information with Bold in this policy).
5. Affiliated company: refers to any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Huaxiao. "Control" means the possession, now or hereafter, directly or indirectly, through voting rights, contractual arrangements or otherwise, of the power to determine the direction of the management and policies of a controlled entity; and any entity shall be deemed to have control over such controlled entity so long as it holds at least fifty percent (50%) of the voting rights and/or proxy voting rights.

You represent and warrant that: (i) all required Account information you submit is truthful, accurate and complete. (ii) you will maintain the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of Account information; and (iii) your use of the Account does not violate any applicable law or regulation. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to these services or portions of them using your Account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account information or any other breach of security by contacting us at support@cce-soft.com. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your Account information.
2. Accessing the functions and services of the Product
2.1 When you use the organization management, role management, administrator management, User management, Device Management and other functions of this service on behalf of your organization, In This service platform, you fill in the organization User information (including the organization's personnel information you submit, such as name, email address and Device information (including Device SN, Device password; Any single reference to Device in this Policy means camera, alarm, etc.), And the cloud Value-added Service management information involved in your use of the Service (including cloud Storage Consumption Package information, live broadcast configuration and management information, Alarm Configuration and Scheme information) and Operation Log information generated by your use of the Service (including Operation & Device Health Management log information, Device in/offline and upgrade status information, User in/offline status information) will be stored in our Cloud Service, because Storage is necessary to implement the aforementioned functions of this service. We will use Encrypt Storage, and you can view, change, and delete the aforementioned information at any time. We will not view, process or provide such information to the public, or use it for any purpose other than that function, unless authorized by you or required by applicable laws and regulations. You understand and agree that before you provide the personal information of the Corporate Legal Representative or the members of the organization on behalf of the organization, you should ensure that the organization has fully informed the Corporate Legal Representative or the members of the organization of the purpose, scope and use of the relevant personal information collection/provision. And the express or separate consent of the subject of the personal information concerned has been obtained in advance.
2.2 Basic Functions
In particular, when you use the following functions of this service, the personal information you provide or the following personal information automatically collected by this service are collected by the organization, and are controlled and managed by the organization. We will only deal with your personal information in strict accordance with the instructions of the organization, and will not make any unauthorized use, processing or disclosure of your personal information except for the implementation of explicit legal and regulatory requirements. If you have questions about the organization that collects, uses, or processes your personal information as described above, you should consult the organization that assigned you an account to use the Service.
2.2.1 Audio and Video Stream information involved when you use the Audio and Video information of the client Live View Device Acquisition, or when you talk with the Device. We only perform real-time Encrypt Transmission, not Storage. You can perform On-Premises Storage of your client through Snapshot and Recording. If the organization has purchased the Cloud Storage Value-added Service, the Audio and Video Stream information will be stored in our Cloud Service server according to the Cloud Storage Service rules. The organization can view, change and delete the aforementioned information. Unless authorized by the organization or required by relevant laws and regulations, we will not view, process or provide the aforementioned information to the outside world, or use it for other purposes other than this function.
2.2.2 When you use this service to manage and receive Device alarm messages, the organization will collect your Device alarm messages (including alarm text information (such as Fire Alarm briefing, Device offline) and alarm Image information). The purpose is to push the Device alarm message reported by Device Collection to your mobile client by sending SMS, or notify you by calling Fire Alarm. Device alarm messages will be stored in our Cloud Service for a certain period of time, which is convenient for organization to view and for Event management.
2.2.3 When you use the on-site inspection function of this service, the organization will collect fire monitoring sites or Devices’ GPS location information and the inspection Video and Image that you shoot and upload, in order to locate the alarm location, so that you can obtain the location information of your surrounding Device, so as to facilitate the execution of inspection tasks. Refusal to provide this information will only prevent you from using the onsite walkdown features, but will not affect your ability to use other features of the Service.
3. Managing your Account information and the Product information
For purpose of managing your Account information or the Product information on the Product, such as changing your account name, password, cancel your account, etc., we may collect and process your personnel information such as your email address. We will only collect your personal Information when it is necessary. Refusing to provide such information may only result in your being unable to use certain function, but does not affect your normal use of the Product’s other functions.
4. Device Remote Management
In order to connect your Device managed using this service to the cloud, we need to collect Device SN, Device Media Access Control Address (MAC Address) and Device via Latitude information. This kind of information is the basic information that we must collect to provide Device Video Live View, Download and other Device remote management services. If you do not provide this information, you cannot use the Device remote management service normally.
5. Feedback Function
In order to implement the feedback function, we need to collect your Mobile Phone number or email information in order to respond to your feedback. Declining to provide this information will only prevent you from receiving feedback responses, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the Service.
(II) When you use this service through the mobile client, we need to obtain the Mobile Device permission.
(1) In order to connect to the Internet and use the Service, you need to authorize us to view the network connection. If you do not authorize us, you may not be able to use the Service normally;
(2) In order to upload the Profile Picture, you need to authorize us to take photos or access the Image Library. If you do not authorize, you may not be able to use the function of uploading Profile Picture normally, but it will not affect your use of other functions of this service;
(3) In order to realize the Voice Talk function with Device, you need to authorize us to obtain your Microphone (Mic) permission. If you do not authorize us, you may not be able to use the Voice Talk function normally, but it will not affect your use of other functions of this service;
(4) In order to realize the on-site inspection function, you need to authorize us to obtain your location Access Permission. If you do not authorize us, you may not be able to use the on-site inspection function normally, but it will not affect your use of other functions of this service;
(5) In order to realize the function of dialing Fire Alarm, you need to authorize us to obtain your dialing permission. If you do not authorize us, you may not be able to use this function normally, but it will not affect your use of other functions of this service.
You can check the status of the above permissions one by one in your Mobile Device settings and decide whether to turn them on or Shut Down at any time. Please note that none of the above permissions will be enabled by Default, and will only be used to implement specific functions or services with your express authorization, or you can withdraw your authorization. In particular, even if you authorize us to obtain these sensitive permissions, we will not process your information when the relevant functions or services are not required. Please note that by enabling these permissions, you authorize the Service to collect and use these information to implement the above services. If you cancel these permissions, the Service will not continue to collect and use your information, nor will it be able to provide you with the functions corresponding to these permissions. However, your decision to Shut Down will not affect the processing of your personal information that was previously based on your authorization.
(III) Exclusion clause
In addition, according to relevant laws and regulations, we may process your personal information without your consent in the following situations:

If you want to review your personal information collected by the Modify organization, you can consult the organization directly.
(II) Delete your personal information
You may request the deletion of your personal information from us in the following circumstances:
1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
3. If our processing of personal information violates the Convention with you;
4. If the organization no longer uses our products or services, or the organization has withdrawn your account for the use of this service;
5. If we no longer provide you with a product or service.
Each business function requires some basic personal information to complete. You may contact the organization to withdraw your authorized consent for the collection and use of personal information collected by the organization.
You can withdraw the agreed Mobile Device permission authorization. In the Mobile Device Apply management and settings, Apply Permission Management Interface to withdraw the relevant permission authorization by managing the service permission.
(IV) Account cancellation
To cancel the administrator account, you need to contact us and get our approval before you can cancel it;
The logout of the sub-account can be realized by the organization using the administrator account for related operations.
After account cancellation, all your personal information collected and used by us will be deleted or anonymized from the service.
(V) Respond to your other requests
If you have other requests, we may ask you to Verify your identity before processing your request for security reasons. We will reply within 15 days.
V. How we handle children's personal information
Our products, websites and services are primarily for adults. According to the relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under 16 years of age, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, you should obtain the prior written consent of your parents or legal guardian before using this service.
